MorningStar Ministries is an international ministry that was founded by Rick and Julie Joyner in 1985. MorningStar’s goal is to help strengthen the church by helping believers become the strongest Christians possible, and therefore true light and salt in the earth. This is the focus around which every aspect of the ministry revolves. Building Heritage Towers is just one of the ways in which MorningStar seeks to achieve its mission.
